  • Create a database of target audiences: business school and engineering students, faculty, aspiring entrepreneurs, and financial professionals.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies for marketing the company’s service and brands using social media.
  • Work with the web developer and revamp the website with design, updates, video testimonials, and contents, review the contents from time to time and effect necessary changes.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of company’s digital marketing efforts, and make the necessary modifications when such is required.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants.

Office location: Pune/other temporary locations

Expected Hours: 9am- 5 pm, Monday-Saturday (may need to work over-time depending on the program schedules)

One of our initiatives is to address the inadequate financial literacy of individuals in all age groups in India. In an environment where the number and the complexity of financial products and services continue to increase, we urge individuals to develop an adequate understanding of the world of finance and financial marketsand make a sound personal financial decisions. Individuals need to make prudent financing and investment decisions when it comes to investing in securities like stocks, bonds, mutual funds, or take a loan to finance your, home, car, education or even invest in a business project. Our Financial Literacy program is focused onimproving the financial well-being of individuals, and increasingindividuals’ responsibility in managing their own finances and securing their financial future. The key determinants ofour financial literacy programs are age, health, education, household size and income, housing tenure, and the employment status of individuals and other household members.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Create and execute rigorous lesson plans that align to ourstandards of teaching and push participants toward achieving mastery of content and skills.
  • Through current and relevant information, improve participants’ understanding of financial products and concepts.(Information includes providing participants the facts, data, and specific knowledge to make them aware of financial opportunities, choices, and risks).
  • Develop the skills and confidence in the participants to become more aware of financial risks and rewards, make informed choices, and take appropriate actions to improve their financial well-being.
